Annual Meeting
West Road Park HOA holds its annual meeting each September. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. Meeting notices with the date, time, and location are sent in advance.
The 2026 annual meeting date is to be determined. Check back here or join our Facebook group for updates.

When are HOA assessments due?
Assessments are due on Oct 1 each year.
How much is the assessment?
As of September 2025, the assessment is $100 per lot (subject to change).
How can I pay my assessment?

*Late payments incur a 10% penalty every 30 days.
